Why use vitamin patches?

Slow release Nutrients are drip fed into your system which is easier for your body to use, compared to one large oral dose.

Topical delivery Nutrients are delivered more directly into your bloodstream via the skin compared to an oral supplement’s more indirect route via the stomach and liver.

They’re small Much more compact and lightweight compared to bulky pill bottles, they’re easier to; store, travel with and better for the environment when transported.

PatchMD vitamin patches from the USA were one of the successful interventions, but they weren’t readily available in the UK/EU, so in 2018 she founded PatchWorks and started importing them (and now Patch Aid too) to sell this side of The Pond.
